Since the recent change I can't receive mms/picture messages & it's beyond frustrating. I gave a galaxy s21 & tried everything recommended to fix the issue & nothing. Countless restarts, reinstalling, network resets, everything. Republic has weird issues they can't seem to fix & if it doesn't improve soon definitely leaving

I am so done with Republic wireless. I've been a customer for years and now every time they upgrade my phone won't work. You open a help ticket and every time you reply you get a different person. Not to mention if you don't respond quick enough they say they're going to close your ticket. I will 100% be switching to a different carrier as soon as I can find a compatible & affordable phone. This used to be a good service with a super competitive rate, but not so much anymore.

just stopped working in the middle of a call. hasn't happened before. service for me has been glitchy lately. I won't leave as republican as has been very good, but I hope things get lined up a little better soon

Ever since new version download haven't been able to make or receive WiFi calls or texts. This is a known problem with Moto phones on Republic but the MVNO has yet to address it. The Republic SIM and the Moto in which it is installed have been rendered useless. WiFi calling and texting is essential to those subscribers who don't receive a strong or reliable signal.

Was very satisfied with Republic before the new wi-fi "service" which has not allowed me to use my phone despite uninstalling and reinstalling app three times. Now actively looking for another provider who actually can make my phone ring. Previously, I'd put up with the areas where I had no service but this is the straw breaking the camel's back.

Unable to use my phone inside my house anymore with latest update.

I'm unable to send or receive calls, and texts aren't much better. Definitely feels like Dish doesnt want RW to succeed. It's a shame. This has been an excellent app with great customer service for many years, but it's really taken a nosedive. Anyhow, cheers to the people responding to all these angry reviews, feels like you're the guys playing music as the titanic sinks. Hope y'all are getting paid well at least.

Problems with my phone and I've been a customer since 2015 but I have a problem now I'm unable to make a phone call to my friend in Canada and it says I'm unable to make a phone call to that number and it's extremely frustrating cuz I've tried to update my phone several times Not a problem from 2015 until April 2022. 7 years great service until last week. I still can't make a phone call to Canada to a specific phone number who is a friend of mine

Republic Wireless was a small startup innovator in wifi calling, to bring down the cost of mobile phone service and to expand mobile service to people in areas that have their own wifi, but terrible cell coverage (like me). Republic was recently purchased by Dish Network, and some of the new plans don't make sense, like I have 3 people on my current plan, but new account only allows 1 or 2 people, so I now need 3 accounts because I have a wife and 3 kids? Utter stupidity. Looking at Mint Mobile.
